Full Time Receptionist
Job Purpose
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors into the office. The role is responsible for making sure the office functions smoothly and providing general support as needed. This includes handling incoming phone calls, managing emails, and greeting visitors. General support includes, but not limited to, packing shipments and helping the inventory team. Clerical duties include organizing the office, general filing, and maintaining office supplies. The Receptionist will also assist with local errands as needed. As the initial point of contact for visitors, this is a key role for company success and growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and perform receptionist duties.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications.
- Sign for and release shipments.
- Assist with Opening & Packaging of daily shipments
- Help organize and maintain office common areas.
- Maintain office equipment and order office supplies.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Perform general office clerk duties including mailing statements
- Provide support to the office staff as needed.
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
- Emailing customer air bills as needed.
- Local errands as needed.
Working Conditions:
This is an In-Person position. Working hours are Monday thru Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm.
